IAS understands the brutal environment that the hydraulic clamp assembly must operate in. Therefore, we have developed a systematic approach to the remanufacturing process. All of our rebuilds include the following:

Replacement of all steel rings, U-cup seals, wiper seals, and O-rings with original equipment components.
Drag control and squeeze pistons are brought back to original size and chrome plating specification. Piston surfaces are polished after re-plating to minimize break-in times and promote long life.
Reassembled in a clean environment by technicians who specialize in B&P hydraulics only.
